One to one Sessions

Each session is tailored to meet your individual needs.

When we experience painful or difficult situations that we do not know how to face at the time it happened, especially during our childhood, we suppress our emotions burying them deep in our subconscious mind and they end up becoming traumas and patterns of behaviour that shape our lives, determining how we react to different situations and how we interact with ourselves and the world around us.

Meditation. One to one 

I will guide you into a meditation tailored to your particular need. This could be your willingness to learn to meditating, being more relax, gain some clarity...

Mindfulness. 8 weeks course

Teach your mind to work for you. Observing the patterns and behaviour of our mind will help us to see how little the mind is working for us and how much time and energy we spend projecting into our past and our future.

During the course we will learn how we can benefit from having a mind that works for us. 

Group meditations

Join one of the group guided meditations via zoom. Feel the energy of the group. Email me at julia@innerglimpses.com

If you feel strongly that you would like to have a session but aren't able to meet the financial requirements, please send an e-mail to julia@inaglimpses.com explaining your situation and I will do my best to find a solution to support you.
